Our Values

WHAT DRIVES US

Our Values

Our values guide everything we do. They reflect who we are, shape how we serve, and keep us real, rooted, and reaching in every area of life.

Scriptures

We believe in the sufficiency of the Bible, guided by the Holy Spirit.

It is inspired by God and stands as the final, trustworthy authority for our beliefs, our actions, and our identity as a church. (2 Timothy 3:16)

The entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, tells a single, unified story that points to the person and work of Jesus Christ. He is the ultimate message of the Scriptures. (John 5:39)

All our preaching, teaching, and discipleship is built upon the truth of God's Word. It is the standard by which we measure all other ideas and teachings. (2 Peter 1:20-21)

We believe the Holy Spirit uses Scripture to change us from the inside out. It convicts, corrects, encourages, and equips us to become more like Jesus. (Hebrews 4:12)

It provides timeless wisdom and clear guidance for every aspect of our lives, empowering us to navigate our world in a way that honors God. (Psalm 119:105)

The Bible not only reveals God's redemptive plan for the world but also invites us to find our own purpose and place within His grand story. (Romans 15:4)

Outreach

To reach out is to extend the hands and heart of Jesus to our neighbors and the nations. It is the active expression of our mission.

We believe that God is a missionary God who relentlessly pursues the lost. Our outreach is a grateful response to the grace we have received, compelling us to share the hope of the Gospel with a world in need. (Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:14)

We move beyond the church walls to engage our community where they live, work, and play. Outreach is not a department or a calendar date; it is a daily commitment to be "salt and light" in our spheres of influence.(Matthew 5:13-16; Colossians 4:5-6)

We seek to meet both physical and spiritual needs. Following Jesus’ example, we serve the broken and marginalized with tangible acts of kindness while boldly proclaiming the life-changing truth of the Gospel.(1 John 3:18; Luke 4:18-19)

We prioritize people over programs. We seek to build genuine, humble connections with those around us—listening first and loving unconditionally—to create pathways for the message of Christ to be heard and felt. (1 Corinthians 9:22; 1 Thessalonians 2:8)

We are committed to making disciples of all nations. From our local streets to the ends of the earth, we invest our time, resources, and lives to see God’s kingdom expand until every tribe and tongue hears His name. (Acts 1:8, Revelation 7:9)

Multiply

To multiply is to reproduce the life of Christ in others. It is the momentum of our mission.

We believe every follower of Jesus is called to be a "fisher of men." We don't just aim to add members; we multiply disciples by pouring our lives into others so they, in turn, can equip others. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Timothy 2:2)

We reject a "spectator" model of church. We are committed to identifying, equipping, and releasing every person to use their unique spiritual gifts, moving from being a consumer to a contributor in the Body of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Peter 4:10)

We believe the most effective way to reach new people is by starting new churches. We are committed to identifying, training, and sending out church planters to establish gospel-centered communities in unreached areas. (Acts 13:2-3; Acts 14:21-23)

Our success is measured not by our seating capacity, but by our sending capacity. We joyfully release our best leaders and resources to plant new congregations, trusting God to provide as we expand His Kingdom beyond our own walls. (Romans 10:14-15; Acts 15:22)

We prioritize the expansion of God’s Kingdom over the size of our own platform. We celebrate "sending" as much as "gathering," whether through church planting, starting new groups, or releasing leaders to serve elsewhere. (Acts 6:7; Acts 9:31)

We recognize that our time, talent, and treasure are seeds given to us by God. We seek to invest these resources strategically, trusting God to multiply our small offerings into a great harvest for His glory. (Matthew 25:20-21; 2 Corinthians 9:10)

We are committed to passing the torch to the next generation. By intentionally mentoring children, students, and young leaders, we ensure that the Gospel continues to resonate and multiply long after we are gone. (Psalm 78:4; Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

Abide

To abide in Christ is to find our life in His.
It is the foundation of our mission.

We acknowledge our complete dependence on Jesus. Apart from Him, we can do nothing; by remaining connected to Him, our lives produce fruit for His glory. (John 15:5)

We pursue a daily, moment-by-moment connection with Jesus, moving beyond religious activity to find our rest, identity, and strength in Him alone. (John 15:4, Matthew 11:28–30

Our service, leadership, worship, and outreach are the natural overflow of our life in Christ. Our obedience is a joyful response to His love, not an attempt to earn it. (John 7:37–38, Galatians 5:22–23)

We actively remain in Christ by immersing ourselves in Scripture, communicating with God through prayer, gathering for worship and communion, and meditating on His Word. (Psalm 1:1–3, Colossians 3:16)

We believe that abiding in Christ is the only way to experience the full and lasting joy He promises His followers, giving us strength to endure regardless of our circumstances. (John 15:11)
